Refund policy

Prints & Paintings -  We do not accept returns. If your package for some reason arrives damaged, we will help facilitate a replacement.

Mst products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
 
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact us via form submission OR via email at info@theloonproject.com, we will ask you to provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
