Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are built into the cost of the shirt - which means no surprises just how my type A personality likes it!
Prints & Watercolor packages along with some hand made apparel/products will be mailed via USPS. We try to ship with eco friendly materials that can be recycled, we do buy in bulk to reduce the price you will pay for shipping.
Inventory is on the shelf and ready to ship and in most cases will be shipped next business day. It's a one woman show - so if shipping is delayed due to vacation - there will be a notice on the website.

Some products that we have designed and curated are printed by a thirdparty and are custom orders. These take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
Returns
Prints & Digital Downloads - We do not accept returns. If your package for some reason arrives damaged, we will help facilitate a replacement.
Everything Else - All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact us via form submission OR via email at info@theloonproject.com, we will ask you to provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
